1.Administrative Consultations

Administrative consultations are services where you register a complaint or receive counsel concerning national administrative activities.
For example, you can receive advice on services such as pensions, employment insurance, workman's compensation insurance, health insurance, national roads, class A rivers, family registries, other registrations, the post office, public assistance, national taxes and other services handled by government receptionists.

These administrative consultations are held each month at branch offices in each ward. Your privacy will be protected.

2.Administrative Scrivener Consultations

Administrative scriveners, also known as notary publics, are legal specialists. Primarily, their job is to help prepare documents to submit to the government.
Administrative scriveners can be consulted about the following things.
Inheritances, division of assets, consultations and business licenses when starting a business, automobile registrations, parking certificates, copyrights, and preparing documents such as contracts

Free consultations with the Iwate Administrative Scrivener Association are held at Maple in Mizusawa.
First and third Thursdays each month, 10:00 ~ 16:00>
Basement of Maple, Civil Activities Conference Room 2

Free consultations for foreigners are held in Morioka and Kitakami.
Third Wednesday each month, 15:00 ~ 18:00
